Approach

My approach is relational and depth-oriented, grounded in careful emotional attunement and an understanding of how past experiences continue to shape present patterns. Together, we will pay attention not only to your thoughts and feelings, but also to what is happening in your body and in the therapeutic relationship itself, as these often hold important, unspoken information.

Within a safe and collaborative space, we’ll begin to notice the patterns that show up in your relationships, your emotions, and your body, especially in moments of stress, closeness, conflict, or overwhelm. Many of these responses were shaped by early experiences and once helped you cope. Together, we can get curious about them, understand the resistance that arises, and gently experiment with new ways of feeling, relating, and responding, even learning to make room for parts of you that have felt unwanted or too much. This process creates space for new choices and new experiences.

With time, this work supports the development of greater self-understanding, emotional freedom, and new ways of relating, allowing for more authentic connection, resilience, and lasting change.

Background and Experience

I have over 8 years experience working in private practice with a diverse range of clients across different life stages. I have supported many people in moving through the barriers that were holding them back—whether related to anxiety, attachment wounds, trauma, emotional regulation, relationships, loss, or questions of identity.

Alongside my private practice work, my background includes providing one-on-one support in boarding schools with teenagers, facilitating group work and offering short-term interventions within therapeutic organisations in both New Zealand and Israel.

Qualifications and Training

I have a Masters of Arts in Clinical Art Therapy from Haifa University, Israel. A Bachelor of Fine Arts from Victorian College of the Arts, Australia and various psychology modules. In New Zealand I completed 5 years of Intensive psychotherapy supervision and training.
