Approach

My approach is a person-centered approach, which allows you to find and build your strength to explore either a specific issue you are facing or deepen your understanding of yourself, working towards personal growth and development.

Through working together, I invite you to become aware of your own thoughts, feelings and body sensations and invite exploration into a possibly unfamiliar territory through a safe and supportive journey. This will allow the possibility of new experiences and broadening potential, allowing you to find your strength and resources to face challenges you might be facing and find new ways of approaching relationships or your own personal experience.

Background and Experience

I’ve had extensive experience in New Zealand and overseas, working with a diverse range of clients in different environments and life-stages. This has included providing one-on-one support in boarding schools with teenagers and children, and working with adults and children in private practice as well as within therapeutic organisations.

Qualifications and Professional Memberships

I have a Masters of Arts in Art Therapy from Haifa University, Israel. A Bachelor of Fine Arts from Victorian College of the Arts, Australia and various psychology modules.
